prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, QB and QBO, and CPA will be given preferrence.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial data to determine tax liabilities and identify potential deductions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to manage client accounts.
- Review financial statements, budgets, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy.
- Provide clients with guidance on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Conduct financial auditing as necessary to verify the accuracy of reported information.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in tax preparation or a related financial services role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Sage.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
