**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
- Participate in training sessions on food safety, preparation techniques, and customer service skills.
- Must cover the weekend schedule (every Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Able to lift 40-50 lbs
- Able to do daily cleaning : Dish wash, Clean store, Clean dining room, etc.
- Multi-tasking and problem solving skills

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is beneficial; bartending or restaurant experience is also valued.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
