Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, such as seniors or patients requiring care
- Assist with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses or doctors, to ensure the individual's well-being

**Skills**:

- Experience in dementia care, senior care, or patient care is preferred
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic support to individuals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospice care settings
