Budtender

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive customer experience.

*Duties*
- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and effects
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide recommendations
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, inventory management, and sales tracking
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times

*Experience*
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Leadership skills to guide customers through product selections
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in filing and maintaining organized records is beneficial
