**Olive Grove is licensed childcare spaces for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers in North Vancouver and West Vancouver. We are looking for a dynamic Early Childhood Educator to fill the unique role of Educator Support within our Lynn Valley and Oceanside locations.**

**Our approach to learning is Reggio Inspired and play-based. At all our schools, our success is directly tied to the success of our teachers and the relationships they build with their team, children and families. We make the difference together.**

**The position is a Full-Time.**

**Position pre-requisites**:

- Basic ECE or above and minimum 1 year in the field.
- Possessing leadership abilities would be an asset.
- Some fundamental experience in the Reggio Approach to Teaching.
- Able to work collaboratively with the team and provide to a positive co-teaching environment.
- Must be organized and have excellent communication skills.
- Have a desire to work in progressive, kind, and exceptional childcare on the North Shore.
- Have an openness to new learning styles alongside the child's multiple ways of learning, and be diligent with documentation.
- Light housekeeping expected. We treat our classrooms as a sacred spaces for the child's learning so keeping them clean and organized and inviting.
- Have an attitude of settling into your workspace. We desire educators who are here for a while and have little turnover.
- Be creative and passionate about the field.
- Ability to lead the classroom and provocations.

Pay: $22.10-$23.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
