A large and complex organization, eHealth is comprised of 30+ clinical and non-clinical program (service) areas that all work together to support health care providers and teams across the province in delivering the best possible care to patients, providers, citizens, and health system users. Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.

The eHealth teams engage directly with health system partners and other stakeholders both provincially and federally to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

**About the Role**:
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join the team and assist in the support of IT services that eHealth provides to health partners across Saskatchewan. This individual will possess excellent customer service skills along with strong technical and leadership abilities, be detailed oriented, take pride in their work and enjoy the challenges that go with it.

**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Infrastructure Analyst II to join the team and assist in the support of IT services that eHealth provides to the Health Regions across Saskatchewan. The role is technology driven and will require technical knowledge with desktop, server, and mobile device management.

Reporting to the Client Technology Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support eHealth’s Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and InTune environment. This includes managing current state and assisting with solution design of future state. You will participate in creating and managing the work plans and process documentation as it relates to endpoint management. Other responsibilities include preparing status reports and managing issue escalations.

**To qualify for this position you must have knowledge or experience in the following**:

- Windows Server Management/Administration;
- Windows Desktop Management/Administration;
- Mobile Device Management;
- Change management;
**Knowledge or experience in the following areas would be an asset for this position**:

- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM);
- Microsoft InTune;
- Group Policy Management;
- Automating desktop imaging using tools such as the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit;
- Active Directory Management;
- PowerShell Scripting;
- Application Packaging;
- Windows patching;
Foundational knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of post-secondary degree or diploma related to Information Technology. In addition, you will have at least 5 years of experience working in an enterprise class IT environment.

Overtime nights/weekends and after hours on-call will be a requirement of this position.
