**Human Resource Generalist**

The HR Generalist is a vital member of the HR team, responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations. The HR Generalist also plays a critical role in analyzing HR metrics, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Generalist collaborates with internal departments and external partners to drive operational success and foster a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the onboarding process by delivering training, organizing new hire documentation, and maintaining updated employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information, including the organizational chart, employee directory, and payroll-related correspondence in partnership with the Payroll Department.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, contributing to ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate employee agreements, focusing on workplace satisfaction, physical and mental well-being, attendance, and leave management. Serve as a liaison with external partners such as Blue Cross.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational outcomes.
- Collaborate across HR functions and departments to achieve organizational goals and ensure timely communication of updates, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Coordinate and manage exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance employee retention strategies.
- Complete additional HR tasks as assigned, including SRAT data entry and processing clearance checks for MCFD and criminal record checks.
- Report directly to the HR Director.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with HR trends, employee relations, and relevant HR software.
- Certifications or experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
