**Department**: Deliver - Facilities
**Position Summary**:
As the Facility Technology Lead at CCRM you will be reporting to the Manager, Facility. The Facility Technology Lead will be providing guidance, leadership, and training to other facility technicians regarding various facility management systems which are used by the Facility Technicians and Operators and ensure the quality of digital data and digital records. The Facility Technology Lead will also be familiar with the different roles of facility technicians and has advanced knowledge and experience with the systems used in similar facilities, its structure, limitations, and functionality such as environmental monitoring systems, equipment maintenance management systems, Building Automation Systems, tasks and ticketing system. Also, this role will be a backup for other technicians when they are not available.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides guidance to other Facility Technicians regarding facility management systems.
- Provides support and assistance to management with URS (User Requirement Specifications) for new systems as well as continuously evaluating existing systems for opportunities of optimization.
- Creates and maintains WO database through the ticketing or suitable system.
- Provides direct support to other technicians for all facility management systems and ensures accurate documentation and adherences to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. This includes orientation, training and ensuring all technicians as well as employees from other departments who work inside the facility adhere to the company policies and the appropriate procedures, related to the facility management systems.
- Familiar with different Facility Technicians’ roles such as EM system operation and maintenance, facility cleaning, ticketing system management and maintenance management system.
- Provides coverage for other technicians when needed and respond to after-hours critical alarms.
- Acts as a point of communication between IT department and Facility.
- Ensures Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed.
- Performs facility related administrative tasks such as document scanning and responding to document requests from the broader Deliver team.
- Requires a flexible work schedule, which may include shift work and weekends to support operating schedules, facility requirements, and / or respond to call-in emergency situations.
- Performs any related duties as assigned.
- Performs cross-functional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned or requested.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-year community college program required in either Biology, Building Automated System, Instrumentation Technology, Power Engineering, Stationary Engineering or a recognized equivalent is required.
- Knowledge in IT, Data Management, Instrumentation, HVAC, building operation, biology.
- Strong English written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong skills in using relevant software programs, and an aptitude to learning new software programs.

- Independent, detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent analytical, problem
- solving, time-management skills and the ability to multitask and succeed in a team environment.
- Sound knowledge of building mechanical/electrical systems (e.g. HVAC) as well as Building Automation Systems.
- Proven organizational, time management and investigational skills.
- Basic familiarity with quality management software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
