Pest Control Technician

**GEM Services** is a locally owned and operated pest control company based in Southwestern Manitoba. We provide preventative pest control services to industrial, commercial, retail, agricultural, and residential customers.

**Service Representative - Full-Time Position**:

- Responsible for an assigned territory to service existing and prospective accounts. You will provide inspections, treatments, written and verbal communication to various businesses, including food plants, mills, industrial facilities, warehouses, farms, offices, hotels, retail, restaurants, and residential homes.
- The Service Representative is provided with a company truck, cell phone, uniforms, applicable equipment, and PPE to complete services.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Available for drug & alcohol testing and criminal record check.
- Obtain applicators license upon hire.
- Must be prepared for early starting workdays, approximately 4-5 am and have a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work well on your own with support provided.
- Physical demands - Substantial walking and kneeling
- Moderate lifting (20L backpack sprayer)
- Ability to work outdoors, in summer and winter conditions
- Comfortable using phone and laptop for a variety of tasks.

**Pay**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
