**Commercial Insurance Broker**
As an Commercial Insurance Broker you are responsible for day to day client service request which will include Certificates of Insurance, and policy change requests. Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them. By providing great service to our clients everyday, this will encourage attracting new commercial business client referrals.
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Everyday you will assist customers with their requests for Certificates of Insurance
- You will manage and build customer relationships and help promote insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
**The value you bring**
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is a requirement
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Prior experience providing excellent Customer Service is a strong asset
- Working experience in EPIC and policy works is an asset
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours/week
Location: Brampton, ON
Salary Range: $ 45,000 - $61,000
