**Parts Technical Specialist**

**$23 - $26 per hour**

**A day in the life**:
The parts technical specialist is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, the service team and manufacturers for parts identification, reviewing estimates, parts sourcing and problem solving. The parts technical specialist must thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment with high deliverables.

**What you bring**:

- High school graduation required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with a current ERP system an asset
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
