**Overview**
Mackenzie Exteriors is seeking passionate individuals interested in expanding their capabilities in exterior finishing & modern building envelope systems. We specialize in high-quality envelopes on medium to large-scale multi-family and commercial projects. As part of our team, you’ll install advanced envelope techniques contributing to the latest insights in energy efficient and net zero buildings. We’re looking for A sheet metal/Siding installer, skilled carpenter or apprentice eager to grow in the field of exterior envelopes

**Duties**
- Perform siding installation, ensuring proper alignment and durability.
- Follow Layout as directed
- Install Envelope Details as specified
- Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment throughout the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of techniques and installation processes for Envelope details and Finishing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on the job site.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license required

Pay: $24.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC (V3T): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Siding: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manlift Ticket (preferred)
