**Responsibilities**:
To achieve the overall objective, the Marketing / Sales Administrator will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for our dealership through an online presence with social media and database campaigns. These strategies will clearly outline how the dealership will promote both its New and Pre-Owned inventory and its services to the target market with a goal of increasing sales volumes and maintaining a competitive edge over other dealerships. Locating inventory and ensuring that the paperwork, delivery and other activities regarding the sale of the vehicle have been completed.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized and self-motivated
- Strong expertise in sales/marketing leadership, strategic planning, and implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal orientated, setting high standards when working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent PC skills to analyze data, track trends and retrieve information
- Experience in Marketing, Digital or Social Media
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
