Cannabis Concierge

THC HUB Cannabis, Fort Sask is looking for a Cannabis Concierge/ Sales Associate to provide the best possible customer service experience to clients.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Create goodwill and connection by providing expert advise on products
- Enhance each customer’s retail experience
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and extraordinary service
- Hardworking, punctual, disciplined and focused on self-development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Gung-ho about self training to improve product knowledge.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold a Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) license, recognized by the AGLC. This is a mandatory requirement.
- In addition to the QCW license, you must have completed the AGLC Sell Safe course and be able to provide a copy of the certificate. Sell Safe alone will not qualify you to work in a Cannabis retail environment.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment, with experience in the cannabis industry considered an asset
- Able to provide exceptional customer experience
- Passionate about changing the optics and way the world sees cannabis thru client education
- A desire to be high tone and have fun, laugh and support the customer experience.
- Organized & detail oriented while performing daily tasks and general upkeep of the store
- Be flexible to accommodate evenings, and weekend shifts and working between locations.

Full-time hours: 40-60 per week
