**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain good employee morale, communication, and teamwork
- Understand OH&S safe work practices and procedures and follow them consistently
- Provide leadership and aid in training junior employees
- Provide feedback to supervisors and management on process improvements
- Clean and maintain all equipment daily (Greasing, inspections)
- Operating a variety of equipment (Excavators, Loader, Backhoes, Skidsteer, Roller, etc.)
- Digging excavations, trenching for utilities, crossing/exposing utilities, offloading/loading materials, backfilling trenches, prepping for grade, spreading, and laying materials.
- **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 to 5 years of experience is required in utility construction
- Working around existing utilities is a MUST.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Have knowledge of OH&S regulations and knowledge of construction disciplines (knowledge of materials and methods required)
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
