**Job Title: RECE**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize Montessori materials in accordance with the principles of the Montessori philosophy.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate Montessori supplies into daily lesson plans and activities.
- Maintain and replenish Montessori materials, ensuring they are in good condition and accessible to children.
- Support teachers in implementing Montessori curriculum and activities.
- Facilitate training sessions for educators on Montessori materials and methodologies.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment by incorporating Montessori principles into the overall classroom setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of Montessori materials in enhancing children's learning experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification or past childcare experience
- Montessori training and certification is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with Montessori materials in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
