The **Product Label Associate** proofreads all product labels across all product categories and across all sales channels in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. You will also maintain the DAM System (Digital Asset Manager System) by keeping the Current and Archive systems updated with the digital assets. The DAM management also includes gathering and editing the metadata used in our label management process. You are required to understand and follow the PPG Record Retention Policy. You will work with the label typesetters, label specialists and the commercialization manager. You should be proficient in writing and editing, detail oriented, organized, computer proficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Through daily exposure to label copy and procedures, you will evaluate and recommend changes to create efficiencies. You will report to the Commercialization Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Proofreading Labels - Review, proof, edit written content on all product labels for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax. Understand label templates to ensure that the final work product is error-free, consistent and accurate. - Manage and Maintain DAM (Digital Asset Manager) - Upload and move documents to maintain both the Current and Archive systems. Manage label metadata. - Communication - Support the Commercialization Manager, Label Specialists, Typesetters when proofing and/or making changes to label content. - Collaboration - Proactive interaction with cross-functional teams. **Qualifications** - Hold a diploma deemed relevant with at least 3 years of relevant experience in writing, proofreading or translation. - Fluency in both French and English required. - Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
