We're currently hiring a **Part-Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Support Worker** to work **2 days per week**, with the **potential to increase to 4 days**. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still being part of a nurturing and professional team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide **inclusive support** to children with exceptionalities
- Foster children’s **emotional, physical, and cognitive development**
- Support and implement an **Emergent Curriculum**
- Maintain accurate documentation and **health & safety checks**
- Collaborate with professionals (e.g. Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Early Interventionists)
- Support smooth **transitions** for children throughout the day
- ** Meet staff-to-child ratios and standards as outlined in BC’s Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR)**
- Participate in team meetings and professional development

**What You Bring**:

- ** Valid BC ECE Certificate**
- ** Experience working with children with exceptionalities** (required)
- Clear **Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check**
- ** CPR & First Aid Level C** certification
- Up-to-date **Immunization Record**
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Positive, flexible, and compassionate attitude
