Oshawa, Canada The UPS Store #51 Full time

The UPS Store franchises offer consumers and small businesses a wide range of products and services in a single location: including domestic and international shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, postal services, moving supplies, notary, passport pictures and other small-business services.

Our Store is looking to hire a self motivated individual, who is great at multi-tasking, to work in all our service areas. The primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to our clients. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others on the team.

Other Requirements:

- *1-2 years of customer service experience

*Ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON L1H 8J4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
