**Job Summary**

We have an immediate opening as a Delivery Driver. Responsibilities include delivery and pick up of HVAC products in the GTA, Richmond Hill, Hamilton and Cambridge area. You will be expected to keep accurate delivery records and to operate the vehicle in a safe and professional manner at all times, in accordance to the rules of the road and company policies and procedures. This is a full time position Monday through Friday with early 5:45 a.m. start from our facility in Bolton.

Valid class 'D' or higher Ontario Driver license, current driver's abstract and satisfactory CDVR clean Driver's Abstract are mandatory.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operate and drive a 5 ton Hino truck to transport materials
- Load and unload the truck using pump truck
- some hand-bombing involved
- Ensure safety and security of cargo
- Receive and relay information to Management
- Ability to be flexible to frequent scheduling and routing changes
- Oversee condition of vehicle
- Perform and record daily vehicle inspection check

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Valid Ontario driver's license - D class or higher**:

- Must have minimum 3 years of commercial truck driving experience
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- copy of satisfactory CDVR from Ministry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Courteous, friendly customer service skills.
- Must be able to operate a pump truck and dolly
- Able to lift product weighing up to 50 lbs, and moving heavy T-racks with pump truck
- Effective organizational, time management and prioritizing skills

**Benefits**

**Salary**: $26/hr.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Commercial Vehicle Driving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- D Class Driver's License or higher (required)
