Espanola Animal Hospital is growing once again an we are looking for an addition to our management team We are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager that is also capable of completing sales representative oriented tasks.

Our practice consists of 1 full time veterinarian and approximately 15 team members. Each of us take pride in the level of care we provide to both our patients and our clients.

The Client Relations Manager would be responsible for:

- Upholding the highest standards of client care, ensuring the needs of our clients are met at all times
- Reception and client care duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, responding to various client inquiries, scheduling patient appointments and procedures, invoicing clients, submitting insurance claims on behalf of clients
- Maintain complete and accurate digital and paper medical records in compliance with the CVO’s regulations
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the surgeries and diagnostics offered at our hospital
- Keep an accurate inventory of office supplies and veterinary supplies and process orders as required
- Accurately record invoices, track sales, and be able to generate various financial reports when asked
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, and Instagram, and assist with maintaining a regular schedule of social media posts
- Plan and execute sales visits to referring veterinary facilities, and other marketing activities
- Managing staff and scheduling
- Occasional travel, CE opportunities, attending conferences

Must have experience with:

- Excel
- Inventory management
- Marketing
- Social media management
- Management

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chelmsford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
