Art Instructor for Toddlers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging art lessons that cater to the needs and interests of toddlers.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel comfortable and inspired to express themselves through art.
- Introduce toddlers to various art techniques, materials, and mediums suitable for their age group.
- Encourage and guide children as they explore their creativity and develop fine motor skills.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes self-confidence and self-expression.
- Provide age-appropriate feedback and support to each child's artistic journey.
- Maintain a safe and organized art studio, ensuring all art supplies are readily available and properly used.
- Collaborate with parents, sharing insights into their child's progress and milestones in the art program.
- Organize and clean up the classroom after the class
- This position is in-person

**Qualifications**:

- A background in Early Childhood Education, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with toddlers in an educational or creative setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate art activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with young children and parents.
- Highly fluent in English
- First aid certificate and Police check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Flexible language requirement:
