Thera-Business is seeking a highly motivated **Business Operations Manager** to be part our team conducting health research studies. The minimum level of education required is an undergraduate degree. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or management is preferred. Additional degrees, diplomas, and/or certifications in management (e.g., MBA), project management (e.g, PMP certification) or in a health-related discipline (e.g., BSc in Health Sciences) would be considered an asset. Qualification includes 3 to 5 years of experience as an office administrator, executive assistant, project manager, or other similar management and operations roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

- Intelligent, enthusiastic, and driven individual.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Wants a role in a dynamic research environment.
- Experience in marketing and events planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proficiency in the English language is essential.
- Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with other professionals, students, and key partners.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgement.
- Excellent time management skills to manage and prioritize workload responsibilities and timelines.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, and to meet deadlines.
- References required.
