**Job Overview**

This position is for Monday to Friday (4 to 6PM), or Saturday 4 to 6PM and when available (7am-10am).(private home).

Experience is preferred with diapering, catheter bag changes and a caring and compassionate personality. Training will be provided.

You must have a strong command of the English language. Reading, speaking, writing and understanding. This position calls for sometime to spend social time with the client and provide personal assistance in organizing and planning clients meal delivery and medications. Drs appointments etc.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the attention and help required for daily living activities. Caregiver will work in CLIENT'S HOME.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, diapering, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
- Remind client to take medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding client progress and needs.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or behavior.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or home care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform meal preparation that meets dietary restrictions.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to pass background checks as required by federal regulations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work on the scheduled hours as needed.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
