**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle food safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cleanliness at all times
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

**Skills**
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry practices
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service
