**THE JOB **
- Generate Industrial/Commercial/Residential sales through personal contact with walk-in and or telephone customers, repeat customers and sales leads.
- Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; managing the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after sales service; and generating additional sales through up selling.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Achieve sales quotas and the objectives of employment.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Participate in all manners of branch operation as required.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative that has an extensive electrical background and is looking to trade in the field work for a Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm office job with great benefits and perks
- 2-3 years’ experience in the electrical industry,.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced branch.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
