For more information, please visit MedComms | Red Nucleus. The **Program Manager **is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of projects and programs across numerous portfolios. They coordinate efforts between different projects and lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation and delegation. A highly skilled, organized leader with a sharp business mind, the Program Manager has a strong desire for optimized productivity. Responsible for driving the delivery of a program, including: - Oversees operational and resource planning, to plan, monitor and evaluate the delivery of the program’s projects, services, and initiatives - Provides overall project management leadership to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the assigned program - Ensures that deliverables meet timelines, expectations, and budget allocations and - Completes reporting requirements for deliverables, risks, performance measures and finances at the program level - Develops and manages the project intake process work to properly on-board work requests and position the organization for success - Implements program governance, a framework for managing issues, risks and competing priorities - Act as primary point of escalation to resolve any delivery issues on the programAssists in the implementation of project management methodologies and standards to ensure effective delivery **About You** - Passionate about people. Has solid experience leading, managing and building teams, loves mentoring and coaching direct reports. Collaborates well with team members across all departments. - Deep understanding of project/program/portfolio management principles. 5-7 years of complex project management experience. PMP certified. PgMP or PfMP a nice to have. - Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills. Highly experienced in managing conflicting stakeholder expectations. - Love of science and technology a must. Working knowledge in mobile development, digital solutions is needed. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business a benefit. - Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Passionate, hard-working and out-spoken.
