**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to guarantee guest comfort at all times.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in excellent condition; report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when required, including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations by properly handling cleaning chemicals and using personal protective equipment.
- Support housekeeping management by completing detailed reports on room status and maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Help with lanscaping of motel including but not limited to snow removal, salting of driveways and grass clipping in summer time.
- Ensure all outdoor space is clean and safe to use by our guests
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, sealing, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction.
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervising teams is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
