**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Diesel. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Sales**:
Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting Diesel products and upselling where appropriate.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that align with their preferences.
Participate in seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

**Merchandising**:
Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to Diesel's standards.
Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining organized displays.

**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
