Experience and knowledge on Cannabis and Cannabis accessories are not requirements but are assets. Having experience in a retail environment is also a plus.

- Clear BackGround Check
- Greeting and assisting all customers as they walk into the store
- Engage customers through conversation and determine their needs
- Work well as a team with fellow staff members and management
- Treat associates and customers better than they expect
- Handle feedback such as concerns or complaints graciously and effectively
- Be familiar with all applicable laws regarding the Cannabis industry
- Be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Abide by all applicable laws, company policies and procedures
- Correctly handle all POS transactions
- Process purchase payments - cash, debit, and credit
- Provide customers with outstanding knowledge
- Ensure the store is neat, clean, and organized throughout each business day
- Perform all daily related duties as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Open and close the store
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ongoing/recurrent training on products, policies, and procedures

We are looking for Full Time retail sales associates also known as Budtenders

Our hours of operation are:
Monday-Saturday 10am - 10pm

Sunday 10am - 8pm

The store is open 7 days a week
- **Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications**_
- Interest in the Cannabis industry
- All employees must be at least 19 years of age
- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Professional with organizational and communication skills
- Works well independently and with a team
- Knowledge of Cannabis products is beneficial, but the ability and drive to learn about all the different strains, accessories, and everything you need to know about Cannabis is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Experience with POS systems
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation (i.e., personal vehicle)
