**What you will do**:
The Provincial Payout Concierge represents eXp Realty as a front-line organization to assist Agents with their Payout & Agent related inquiries. World-class customer service/experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and urgency to every engagement.
The Payout Concierge represents the Payout Processing Team and is responsible for communicating to and working with Payout Specialists to resolve issues on behalf of the agents.
- Available to assist Agents that walk-in or phone in to the Payout Concierge in eXp World
- Utilize systems used by eXp to research and answer specific Agent/outside source inquiries (Broker Wolf/Skyslope) such as Commission Payment status, Disbursement requirements, YTD summaries based on Anniversary years, to assist in Agent inquiries
- Ensure Agents are directed to the appropriate eXp Department/employee for inquiries beyond the scope of the Payout Concierge
- Work with Transaction Compliance Team & provide the Agent with details of o/s documentation to be able to close the transaction
- Follow up on outstanding commission cheques from lawyers/other brokers as noted on Payout Specialist Worksheets
- File daily individual Agent ETf’s to Skyslope
- Request signature of Managing Broker on closed TRS & Archive Skyslope transactions
- Provide Agents with missing EFT requests
- Escalate items to Provincial Team Lead that need immediate attention outside the scope of the Payout Concierge
**What we are looking for**:
- Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have great organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong administrative skills highly preferred
- Complex Thinker
- Broker Wolf & Skyslope Experience preferred
- Must be highly organized and familiar with working in a remote environment
