Mover (Swamper/driver)

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport items to various locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading items from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding schedules and logistics.
- Perform warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of storage areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize forklifts or other equipment when necessary for heavy lifting tasks.
**Skills**
- Experience in warehouse operations is preferred, with a focus on organization and efficiency.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during the moving process.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and client interactions.
- Experience with commercial driving is a plus, including knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with moving procedures and best practices is advantageous.
