**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment logs.
- Foster a culture of safety by training staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical components.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and other departments.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical documentation is essential.
- A background in industrial maintenance practices is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
