**Who You Are**
- You should be analytical, collaborative, and trustworthy.
- As a Junior Budgeting Analyst, you should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting tools.
- You should be ethical, thorough, and attentive with excellent verbal and written communication skills.***

**What You Will Do**
- Learn VENA (tool) and budgeting tools.
- Develop, manage, and maintain budget tracking tools.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Collect and analyze financial data to support budget preparation.
- Prepare and distribute budget reports to various departments.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand budget needs, expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Up to 1 year experience in the financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
