- Identify and assess construction deficiencies and perform repairs in a timely manner
- Perform various tasks inside and outside of home before, during and after Pre-Delivery Inspection
- The nature of repairs may include but are not limited to; window and door adjustments, framing, drywall boarding & taping, trim work, painting, ceramic/hardwood, cabinet adjustments, caulking, and carpet repairs
- Meet daily with direct supervisor and service manager to discuss daily schedules of work to be completed and have customers sign work orders of completed work
- Coordinate information service work between homeowners and trades
- Review work orders on a proactive and daily basis reporting on work completed
- Provide superior after care service to homeowners
- Daily review of Tarion Lists and deficiencies with Service Manager

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 5 years residential construction experience and hands on trade experience
- Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment
- Solid understanding of residential construction principles, Tarion procedures, documents, and drawings
- Experience with multiple trades functions such as carpentry, drywall, painting, etc...
- Working knowledge of various tools and equipment
- Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure
- Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- A team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle and tools
