Grand Touring Automobiles is seeking a customer service-oriented Junior Service Advisor to join the team at their Lamborghini / Aston Martin facility in Maple.

In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting in advising customers of service needs, drafting repair orders, scheduling service appointments, estimating, and above all, delivering outstanding customer service. Grand Touring Automobiles features the most exclusive brands and we strive to offer the most exclusive service to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized team player with effective communications skills and a background or experience in the automotive industry.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Luxury Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- CDK Software: 1 year (preferred)
- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
