**About You**
We are seeking professional individuals to join our business family to build lasting relationships and a career.
**Responsibilities of this Role**
- Provide full administrative support for Practitioners & Ownership team.
- Greeting clients, taking payments, booking appointment and managing appointments.
- Submit Insurance claims through online systems.
- Manage client forms.
- Maintaining cleanliness on the facility. - Sweeping, dusting, changing waste bins, wiping surfaces, etc.
- Linen management - Receive linen delivery, fold & place onto shelves.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative experience and proficient with computer.
- Experience using an electronic medical records & booking system would be an asset.
- Must be able to present and interact with clients and staff in a professional manner.
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
