**Job Title**:PEGA Lead Business Analyst**Duration**:6 Months (Extendable)**Location: Hybrid** - Canada**Experience Required**:

- **Total Experience**: 6-8+ years
- **Relevant Experience**: Minimum **5 years as a PEGA Certified Lead Business Analyst (LBA)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **Lead Business Analyst** in Pega-related projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create process models, workflows, domain data models, and gap analyses.
- Define business requirements, use cases, and testing strategies.
- Support product evaluation, implementation, and integration activities.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- **PEGA Certified Lead Business Analyst** with **5+ years of Pega experience**.
- Strong background in business system analysis, deep integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:

- Business process modeling (e.g., Rational Software Modeler)
- Requirement analysis (e.g., Rational Requisite Pro)
- Wireframing (e.g., Balsamiq)
- Testing tools (e.g., Quality Center/ALM)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Experience in the **insurance domain** or consulting.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work as a **self-starter** in a well-established team.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.06-$70.70 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
