**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our very busy, growing company

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to provider and ensure a timely service
- Complete daily given tasks in a timely fashion
- Dispatch tow calls in a timely fashion to our fleet
- Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role within the supply chain industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of professional and confidential is a must
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
