Job Title: Server at Paloma Tacos & Tequila

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and skilled Server to join our team at Paloma Tacos & Tequila. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.

2. Assist guests in selecting menu items, providing recommendations, and answering any questions they may have about the dishes or beverages.

3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately.

4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation of orders.

5. Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience, including refilling beverages, clearing plates, and attending to any additional requests.

6. Provide exceptional knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

7. Upsell and promote daily specials, signature cocktails, and other menu items to enhance the overall dining experience.

8. Process guest payments, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations.

10. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

11. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous serving experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment is preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide outstanding customer service.

3. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.

4. Attention to detail in order to accurately take and deliver orders.

5. Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and tequila-based beverages is a plus.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.65 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 40 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
