Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is a critical link between the company and production personnel, and is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

The Production Supervisor is responsible to fully understand all processes and procedures to assure product compliance and safety.

**RESPONSIBILIITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain workflow
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning employees
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing employees on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Resolves employee problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Attend and participate in team and supervision meetings

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity required
- 4+ years manufacturing plant experience, Cannabis experience an asset
- Ability to create and follow schedules
- Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Time Management and Problem-Solving skills while maintaining resiliency
- Excellent Relationship, Coaching and Team building skills
