**Role Description**:
As an **Assistant Horticulturist**, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the beautiful landscapes that define the Royal Mayfair Golf Club. This hands-on position involves working closely with our Turf Care team to ensure the highest standards of care for our grounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Digging, kneeling, and lifting
- Climbing
- Pruning
- Bed maintenance and transplanting
- Watering and overall plant care

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education or experience in horticulture is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively.
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work early mornings.
- Access to personal transportation (transit is not available for our early start times).
- Capability to perform occasional heavy lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs).

**Hours of Work**:

- **Seasonal Positions**: Part-time and full-time roles are available starting mid-April to mid-May (weather dependent).

**Compensation**:

- $18.00- $20.00 per hour (based on experience).
