**Overview**
We seek an individual to maintain our commercial property for 1-3 days per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Cutting grass, trimming edges.
- Weeding the garden beds and around trees.
- Splitting wood using a wood splitter.
- Spraying weeds in rock gardens and along unwanted areas.
- Maintaining work shop and area around it.
- Filling up firewood bins and bags.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools like lawnmowers, wood splitters, loaders and trimmers.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina; must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the landscaping field.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
