The Social Worker BSW reports directly to the Manager of Social Work. The Social Worker BSW is responsible to identify, assess, intervene, and follow-up with patients in the Hemodialysis Unit, and the Chemotherapy Outreach Program at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. The Social Worker BSW will also provide for social, emotional, and cultural needs of patients in these programs. Other duties as assigned.
