**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to assist students in learning English as a second language
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide feedback to students and parents regarding their progress.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents.

**Qualifications**:

- with online ESL teaching experience especially with Kindergarten to Primary students
- can handle young students(from 4 years old above)
- fun, engaging and has passion for teaching English
- can use TPR (Total Physical Response), teaching props)
- with good and quiet teaching environment (background, lighting)
- with own device, webcam, and noise cancelling headset

**Working hours**:

- atleast 16 peak hours a week, 4 days a week
- 18:00 to 22:00 Beijing time on Weekdays
- 08:00 to 12:00, 13:00 to 21:00 Beijing time on Weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- online ESL teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- English teaching: 1 year (preferred)
