We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in the design and distribution of high-quality eyeglass frames. Due to our success and rapid growth, we are looking to establish a new telesales department to conquer the North American market (United States and Canada).

In this context, we are seeking an experienced Telesales Agent to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

**Responsibilities**:
**As an experienced Telesales Agent, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Prospecting and identifying new potential clients in the North American market.
- Presenting and promoting our range of eyeglass frames to clients and business partners.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by management.
- Ensuring regular follow-up with clients and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Participating in professional events to promote the brand and establish contacts.
- Collaborating with the telesales team and supervisor to optimize sales processes and ensure an impeccable customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business management, marketing, communication, or a related field (an asset).
- At least 2 years of successful experience in telesales, ideally in the optical sector.
- Excellent command of English and French, both spoken and written.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious goals.
- Possess a positive and results-oriented attitude.
