The College of Pharmacists of Manitoba seeks a dynamic individual to work with the Complaints and Discipline team as a Complaints Investigator.
**About the Position**
Assets include a working knowledge of health-professions legislation, including the Pharmaceutical Act of Manitoba and supporting Pharmaceutical regulations, administrative, organizational and time management skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary degree in pharmacy, law, or other regulated health profession, or a background in law enforcement and investigation
- Knowledge of administrative law and regulation of self-governing professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated discretion and tact in observing privacy and confidentiality policies
**Assets**
- National Certified Investigator and Inspector Training (NCIT), as offered by the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR)

**Conditions** of** Employment**
- This is a full-time, permanent position, 8:30 to 4:30, Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required on occasion, compensated as time in lieu
- Work model includes a mix of remote and onsite work; onsite required initially to effectively accomplish training and collaboration
- Valid driver’s licence
- Must have access to vehicle for independent transportation within Manitoba
- Satisfactory criminal record check
