Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Service Appointment Coordinator** to join the team in the call center.

**Responsibilities**:

- Solicit existing customers, to promote the maintenance services recommended by the manufacturer and, where applicable, also promote other after-sales services
- Perform outbound calls to new and existing Service Department customers to schedule service appointments
- Perform outbound calls to Sales Department customers to schedule test-drive appointments
- Perform outbound calls to Sales Department customers as follow-up to ensure satisfaction of vehicle, experience and generate referral sales, extended warranty sales for the Financial Services Office(s)
- Perform outbound calls to Sales Customers to explain and invite customers to the New Owner Celebration Tasks Related to Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Follow-up with Service Department customers on the telephone within 48-hours, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather all required information from the customers, to verify their satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service centre
- Must have friendly and cooperative attitude
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to cooperate with all staff members in all departments
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Organizational ability and attention to detail Experience
