General Helper

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive General Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflow within our facility. As a General Helper, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and organized work environment while assisting team members in their daily activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed, including assembly, packaging, or inventory management.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
- Work is mobile and outside, In and around Vancouver Island and the Mainland.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (50lbs) and moving items as necessary.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address minor issues that may arise during daily operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities throughout the day.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Drivers Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
