**Role in a Nutshell**

**Scope of Duties**
- Extract data from various sources, including paper charts, electronic documents, and other medical records.
- Create custom forms for clinics to use in our electronic health records system.
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our EMR Section of the software.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data by reviewing and comparing data to source documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to data entry and medical record keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the medical clinic team to ensure data entry needs are met in a timely manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
